150L Plastic Grinding Milling Granulator

The 150L Plastic Grinding Milling Granulator is designed for recycling and processing flexible plastic waste into reusable granules. It combines grinding, milling and granulating in one machine, making it suitable for recycling plastic films, bags, strips, filaments, sheets, soft plastic pipes and other plastic offcuts.

The machine works by rapidly grinding and continuously agitating the material using multiple knives. Friction generated during processing heats the plastic, while subsequent cooling and contraction help form the material into granules suitable for reuse in plastic production.

It can process materials such as PVC, HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE, plastic film, chemical fibre waste, filament, ribbons, foam materials and other flexible plastic waste.
