The 150mm Nylon Recycling Machine is a heavy-duty industrial machine designed for processing and recycling nylon and plastic waste materials. It features a 150mm screw diameter, powerful 55kW motor, and robust construction for continuous recycling operations.
With a production capacity of approximately 180–250kg per hour, the machine is suitable for industrial recycling plants and nylon/plastic processing businesses. The screw and barrel are manufactured from 38CrMoAlA alloy steel, heat-treated, nitrided and polished for high hardness, wear resistance and extended service life.
The machine uses a 225-type hardened gear reducer designed for stable operation, reduced vibration, wear resistance and low noise. A 55kW inverter control system provides adjustable operating speeds of up to 60rpm.
