The ST-32 32-Tray Food Dehydrator Machine is a large-capacity commercial food drying machine designed for efficient dehydration and preservation of a wide range of food products. It is suitable for drying fruits, vegetables, meat, fish, herbs, spices, grains and other food products by removing moisture while helping to extend shelf life.

With a 220L capacity and 32 stainless steel drying trays, the machine provides ample drying space for commercial food processing. It features adjustable temperatures from 40°C to 90°C, allowing the drying conditions to be set according to different products.

The drying racks are made from food-grade 304 stainless steel, while the housing is constructed from durable 201 stainless steel, making the machine suitable for regular commercial use.
