The HC-LQ900 Fully Automatic Nylon Bag Cutting, Sealing & Punching Machine is a high-speed industrial bag-making machine designed for the automatic production of T-shirt nylon bags, shopping bags and other plastic packaging bags.
The machine integrates material feeding, heat sealing, cold cutting and automatic handle punching into one continuous production process. This reduces manual handling, improves production efficiency and provides consistent finished bag sizes.
It features a computerized touch-screen control system for easy operation and adjustment. The stepping motor provides accurate bag-length control, while the DC feeding system ensures smooth and consistent film movement during production.
A photoelectric eye tracking system provides accurate positioning when working with printed film. The frequency-controlled main motor allows stable speed adjustment and reliable operation during continuous production.
