The DBF-1000 Air Filling Band Sealing Machine is an automatic continuous sealing machine designed to fill bags with air or compatible gas and seal them in one continuous process. It is particularly suitable for packaging products that require inflated bags to provide additional protection during handling, storage and transportation.
The machine is commonly used for packaging puffed foods, snacks, chips and other lightweight food products. The air-filling system inflates the package before it passes through the continuous heat-sealing section, helping protect the contents from crushing and damage.
With an adjustable sealing speed of up to 12 m/min, temperature control up to 300°C, and a conveyor system for continuous operation, the DBF-1000 is suitable for commercial food packaging and production.
