The FR-900 Continuous Band Sealing Machine is designed for fast and continuous sealing of plastic and laminated packaging bags. It combines automatic bag conveying and heat sealing, making it suitable for small and medium-scale production and packaging operations.
The machine can be used for sealing packaging for food products, beverages, powders, grains, spices, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, chemicals and other packaged products. Once the required temperature and conveyor speed are set, bags are continuously fed through the machine to produce a strong and consistent seal.
The adjustable temperature and conveyor speed allow the FR-900 to work with different packaging materials and bag thicknesses.
