The FRD-1200V Vertical Band Sealing Machine is a continuous sealing machine designed for fast and efficient sealing of plastic and laminated packaging bags. Its vertical configuration makes it particularly suitable for sealing upright bags and pouches containing products that should remain vertical during the sealing process.
The machine combines continuous conveying, heat sealing and solid-ink coding in one operation. The integrated coding system can print information such as production dates, expiry dates and batch numbers directly during the sealing process. The solid ink produces clear printing that dries quickly.
With an adjustable sealing speed of up to 12 m/min, temperature control up to 300°C, and a maximum conveyor load of 20 kg, the FRD-1200V is suitable for continuous commercial and industrial packaging.
It can be used for packaging food products, grains, powders, liquids, beverages, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics and other products.
