The Nitrogen Flushing Band Sealing Machine is a continuous packaging machine designed for efficient sealing and gas flushing of various plastic and laminated packaging materials. The nitrogen flushing function helps reduce oxygen inside the package, making it particularly useful for packaging products where improved freshness and shelf life are desired.
The machine features an electronic temperature control system and stepless speed adjustment, allowing the sealing temperature and conveyor speed to be adjusted according to different packaging materials. It is suitable for sealing PP, PE, aluminium foil and laminated film bags.
