Nylon Film Slitting Machine – 1300mm

The Nylon Film Slitting Machine is a high-speed slitting and rewinding machine designed for roll-to-roll cutting of plastic film and other flexible materials. It cuts large rolls into narrower widths and rewinds them into finished rolls for further processing or packaging.

The machine is suitable for polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), plastic film, cellophane, composite film, aluminium foil and various types of paper. It features photoelectric web correction for accurate material alignment and adjustable tension control for smooth and consistent rewinding.

With a maximum operating speed of 100m/min and 10 straight slitting knives, the machine is suitable for commercial plastic film and packaging production.
