Nylon Production Extruder Machine 55mm – SJ-55

The SJ-55 55mm Nylon Production Extruder Machine is a single-layer film blowing machine designed for producing nylon and plastic film from LDPE and HDPE raw materials.

It is suitable for manufacturing plastic film used for shopping bags, packing bags and other packaging applications. With an extrusion output of approximately 50–60kg per hour and a film width of 400–800mm, the SJ-55 is suitable for commercial and industrial nylon production.

The machine is equipped with a 15kW main motor, 15kW inverter and 900mm roller width for efficient and continuous film production.
