The Nylon Waste Recycling Machine is an industrial plastic recycling machine designed for processing waste LDPE, HDPE and PP nylon/plastic materials into reusable material for plastic production.
The machine uses a main and auxiliary extrusion system to process waste plastic material through controlled heating and extrusion. It is equipped with an automatic temperature control system with 5 heating zones to maintain consistent processing temperatures during production.
After extrusion, the material passes through the water cooling channel before being processed by the cutting unit. The cutting system uses 6 moving knives and 1 fixed knife for efficient cutting of the recycled material. A drying fan is also included to assist with removing moisture after cooling.
With a production capacity of approximately 100 kg per hour, the machine is suitable for nylon recycling plants and plastic manufacturing businesses looking to recover and reuse production waste.
