The ASY600 One Colour Gravure Printing Machine is designed for printing single-colour designs, logos and product information on nylon film and flexible packaging materials. It is particularly suitable for pure water sachet nylon and other plastic packaging applications.

The machine provides a maximum printing width of 600 mm and operates at printing speeds of 10–50 metres per minute, making it suitable for continuous commercial nylon printing production.

It features accurate print registration of up to ≤0.15 mm and accommodates material rolls with a maximum diameter of 600 mm. The integrated heating system helps dry the printed film efficiently during operation.
