The GCG-A Pneumatic Paste Filling Machine is a table-type, single-nozzle filling machine designed for accurately filling thick liquids, pastes and other viscous products into bottles, jars and containers.

It is suitable for filling products such as honey, ketchup, mayonnaise, cream, lotion, shampoo, sauces and other paste or semi-liquid products. The machine is suitable for applications in the food, cosmetics, personal care and related manufacturing industries.

The GCG-A features a 40-litre stainless-steel hopper for holding the product during filling. Its pneumatic piston filling system provides consistent dispensing and allows the filling quantity to be adjusted between 100 ml and 1000 ml.

With a production capacity of approximately 600–1,500 bottles per hour, depending on the product, filling volume and operator, the machine provides an efficient solution for small and medium-scale production.
