The GFQ-800 Single Deck Plastic Bag Cutting and Sealing Machine is designed for the efficient production of plastic packaging bags, T-shirt bags, Santana bags and other nylon bags.
The machine automatically feeds, heat-seals and cuts plastic film into finished bags, providing consistent bag sizes and reliable sealing during continuous production. Its single-deck configuration makes it suitable for small to medium-scale nylon and plastic bag manufacturing operations.
With a maximum sealing and cutting width of 800mm and adjustable cutting lengths of up to 700mm, the GFQ-800 can accommodate a variety of bag sizes. It supports plastic film thicknesses ranging from 0.005–0.1mm and operates at speeds of approximately 40–50 bags per minute.
