The Sure Pure Water Packaging Machine is a high-speed automatic sachet water packaging machine designed for the filling, sealing and packaging of pure water. With a production capacity of up to 2,500 sachets per hour, it is suitable for commercial pure water production and businesses requiring fast and efficient sachet packaging.

The machine performs the packaging process automatically, from feeding the nylon film to filling, sealing and cutting the finished sachets. The filling volume is adjustable from 200–500ml, allowing it to accommodate different sachet water sizes.

For improved hygiene during production, the machine comes with an on-board ultraviolet (UV) steriliser to sterilise the water before filling.

It is also equipped with an alarm warning system that alerts the operator when the machine runs out of nylon film, helping to reduce interruptions and improve production efficiency.

Although primarily designed for pure water production, the machine can also be used for packaging other suitable liquids depending on the application.
